Trusting God can be the hardest thing for us to do as human because God is spirit and we cannot see him physically, so we feel he doesn’t worth our trust. After the fall of man, man feels that he doesn’t need God in his life anymore and can do anything and all things by himself. These attitude of man’s self-sufficiency has made us live a life of frustration, depression, gloom, and self-failure.
Until you are able to recognize that you cannot do anything without God, then, you will learn to trust him no matter how simple or difficult the situation is.
Do you think that trusting God is the most difficult thing to do? Yes, that could be true, but actually, these Bible verses show how easy it is for us to trust God.
1. Psalm 28 verse 7
“The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him”. NKJV
2. Psalm 31 verse 1
“In thee, O LORD, do I put my trust; let me never be ashamed: deliver me in thy righteousness” NKJV
3. Psalm 32 verse 10
“Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusteth in the LORD, mercy shall compass him about”. NKJV
5. Isaiah 26 verse 3-4
“Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. 4 Trust ye in the LORD forever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength:” NKJV
6. Isaiah 40 verse 31
But those who trust in the LORD will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles and will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.
7. Isaiah 41 verse 10
“Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness” NKJV
8. Psalm 46 verse 5
“God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early” NKJV
9. Habakkuk 3 verse 17-19
17” Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labour of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls: 18 Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation. 19 The LORD God is my strength, and he will make my feet like hinds’ feet, and he will make me to walk upon mine high places”.
